It is with a heavy heart that I have to give this bad review. The food is fine, good even. The service is TERRIBLE. I have been here 6 or 7 times, it's always a disgrace. Wrong food, LONG waits. Tonight I waited 45 minutes for 1 sandwich (I called my order in at 4:30pm). When I got there, the gal checked and told me my food wasn't ready yet. I waited another 20 minutes before she realized it HAD been ready the whole time, sitting on the shelf. Sadly, it's the last time I'll give it a try.
